Eli Gilpin Flirts with Triple-Double at Indiana All-Star Classic

If there were any college coaches in attendance at the Indiana All-Star Classic this week who weren't familiar with Eli Gilpin before tip-off, they certainly knew his name by the final buzzer.

The 6'3" South Ripley guard put together one of the most complete performances of the event, stuffing the stat sheet and nearly recording a triple-double while leading the White Team to a convincing 91-69 victory at Anderson High School.

Gilpin finished with 17 points, 12 rebounds, and 7 assists while shooting an efficient 7-for-13 from the field. He also led his team in both rebounds and assists, a rare feat for a lead guard.

Gilpin is more than ready to show folks what he can do in July with his team IBC Team Southern Indiana as they move up to the Adidas 3SSB Palmetto Road Championship is Rock Hill South Carolina.
