🌟 TSI Player Spotlight: Jace Wright 🏃‍♂️💨

This week’s TSI Player Spotlight shines on a true competitor — Jace Wright, a 6'3" wing who plays for Coach Donald Conner on the TSI 2029 Select Team. But when Jace isn’t grabbing boards or locking up defenders on the hardwood, he’s tearing up the cross country course! 🏀➡️🏃‍♂️

Jace just wrapped up an incredible cross country season for Hauser High School, and the numbers speak for themselves! 🔥

At the 2025 Evansville Regional held at the Angel Mounds State Historic Site, Jace blazed through the 5k course with a time of 16:20.9, finishing 38th overall 🏁. He missed a state-qualifying individual spot by just three runners — talk about being right there! 👏

That impressive run ranks Jace as the 13th fastest freshman in the entire state of Indiana 🏅 and shattered his own Hauser freshman record by 23 seconds 😮. His new time also puts him 4th on Hauser’s All-Time Runners List — not bad for a first-year runner! 💪

Jace’s performance helped lead Hauser to a 15th place team finish at Regionals, marking the first time in 16 years the Jets advanced as a team out of Sectionals. ✈️💥

The Hauser XC team had a legendary 2025 season — claiming three Invitational Championships 🏆 — with Jace placing 2nd, 3rd, and 5th in those meets. And if that wasn’t enough, the Jets also secured their 4th straight Mid-Hoosier Conference Championship, with Jace taking runner-up honors and earning All-Conference recognition! 🌟
